The history of pasta began with Marco Polo, who introduced it in the market after coming back from a trip in China. He could not imagine that after many years it would become one of the most typical and valued dishes around the world.

MINSA has developed the first pasta made from processed corn flour making it a source of fiber and iron to have a whole grain composition and bioavailable calcium as well as being free of gluten, wheat inherent allergen.
